QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
As apart of Amaniaga business growth, we have adapt to quality management system (QMS) that defines and establishes the organization's quality policy and objectives. It also allows our organization to document and implement the procedures needed to attain these goals. A properly functioning QMS ensures that procedures are carried out consistently, that problems can be identified and resolved, and that our organization can continuously review and improve its procedures, products and services. It is a mechanism for maintaining and improving the quality of products or services so that they consistently meet or exceed the customer's implied or stated needs and fulfill their quality objectives.

How we set the standard
For us, safeguarding life –our people, our marine life and the environment – is a passion. We work in remote locations, often in extreme conditions, surrounded by diverse and fragile ecosystems. Amaniaga’s HSE protocols and controls manage potential risks, hazards and environmental impacts. Our ISO 9001:2008 certificate demonstrates the rigorous standards applied to our systems company wide. Our commitment to the External Environment is demonstrated with our certification within ISO 14001:2004. The Safety and Occupational Health Standards are certified towards the OHSAS 18001:2007.

Responsibility & Application
All Amaniaga employees and subcontractors have an individual responsibility to ensure that they and their colleagues cooperate with the organization to achieve its environmental objectives. Amaniaga’s Environment Management System
The Environmental Management System (EMS) takes into account industry bodies, guidelines, codes of practice and best practice techniques at local, regional, national and international levels.
Project / Activity Environment Management
Plan In certain cases, it may be necessary for activity-specific or project- specific environmental management plans to be constructed. The content will be defined by specific factors such as client requirements, project work scope, ecological/social factors and local legislative / statutory requirements.

Environmental Hazards & Risk Management
Amaniaga has a series of systems to identify foreseeable hazards and risks for the organization’s activities. “As Low As Reasonably Practicable” (ALARP) is the tolerated level of environmental risk. Environmental impact is included in project risk assessment where there is an obvious potential for impact to the environment, implementing the international standards of ISO 14001.
